You can be any where you want to be! I don't mind.  As the homeowner, it's ultimately your choice. Typically people hire a cleaner to come while they're out of the house so they can come home and open the door to absolute clean bliss.

Keys  and Access Info held in my possession are locked, safe and secure. 

I will ask for basic access info, address, ect.

Please Note: Animal Waste and Litter Box Clean Up is not something I cover with my services. 

Laundry and Linen Service is a nice touch  to add to your standard clean. You can opt-in or out any time. Just send me a message. 

I use your own washing machine and keep everything on site. It's a handy way to get a couple loads through while I'm at your house during the day. 

Project Blocks: 1- 2.5 Hours ($85- $150)  

3 Hour Minimum Rate for a Standard Clean: $175

I invoice through Quickbooks via email, as soon as the job is complete. 

If you're a recurring client and have bi-weekly services, you can pay per clean or pay for the month. 

You can pay via:

e-transfer, cheque, cash or credit 

-I charge GST

-Travel, overhead, labour and product cost are included in your bill.

-a 5% late fee will be added to any amount owing over 35 days

Rest assured the contents of your home are also insured in the unfortunate event of an accident related to my work. 

If you are a business owner and you need your commercial space to be listed as Additionally Insured under our policy, let me know.

I am covered under WCB and agree follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations related to preforming cleaning services in your home. 

(This includes wearing my work shoes inside, but don't worry, I clean your floors! )

I really try hard not to work weekends! Weekends are for family time. I will pick up AirBnb Contracts and will happily clean them, but being tied to someone else's schedule doesn't always work with me and my schedule of current cleaning  clients either. Having said that, if the shoe fits, it fits! If you own and operate an AirBnb or Short Term Rental, let's chat!
